How long is the season at Holderness Country Park?

We have a 12 month holiday season so you can come and go as often as you like.

What are the site fees?

Our ground rent is £2750, this includes water. Our rates are billed separately and are £165. The total payable is £2915. This is due for payment March 1st each year.

How is Gas and Electric paid?

Both our gas and electric are metered and billed to you by us at the end of our season. You pay exactly what we pay, no mark up like on gas bottles.

Can I bring my pet?

Our owners are welcome to bring two well behaved pets on holiday with them. Sorry our self catering accommodation is not pet friendly.

Are the lodges numbered?

Yes the lodges have numbers and they all have a parking place. View our Site Map for more information.

Where do I park my car?

Each lodge has brick-set parking for one car. There are 3 small parking areas on the park for when you have guests.

Can I sub-let my holiday home?

Hiring out your holiday home is not permitted. We like to be aware of everyone who is staying at the park.

What agreement do we have with Holderness Country Park when we buy a holiday home?

We use the BH & HPA Licence agreement. This is signed by both parties, we keep a copy and you have a copy.

Is there an age limit on holiday homes?

All our new lodges come with a minimum 25 year lease. After this our agreement with you would be renewed yearly.
